Copacabana has a whale watching platform and Captain Cook lookout provides great coastal views. Bouddi National Park, known for its bushwalking trails and beautiful beaches joins Copacabana and MacMasters Beach. Nearby Kincumba Mountain is 191 metres above sea level.  Copacabana's local shops include a convenience store, a video shop, bakery, newsagency, bottle shop restaurants and all are convenient to the local accommodation. Kincumber shops and supermarket are a 10 minute drive away and Erina Fair Shopping Centre, one of the largest shopping centres in the Southern hemisphere, is just 20 minutes away by car.
