With a family background spanning 40 years experience in the industry, Paul follows in the footsteps of his brothers John and Phill Starr who in 1992 were co-founders of Starr Partners. Coming from a teaching background, Paul is a skilled communicator and holds integrity, trust and professionalism as paramount in all dealings. He is continuously training and improving his skills and knowledge thus setting an example for all the team to always “raise the bar”


ACCOUNTS MANAGER - KERRY PORTER
Kerry has been employed with the Starr Partners team since 1996. Kerry controls all the financial aspects of our operation as well as managing payroll for our employees. Kerry is actively involved in the daily operation of our business and liaises with Purchasers, Vendors, Solicitors and Conveyancers throughout the sales process.     


PROPERTY MANAGER - HEATHER GOODMAN
With over 24 years experience in real estate on the Central Coast, Heather understands the importance of maintaining a good working relationships between landlord, agent and tenant. And as a landlord herself, Heather appreciated the need to find the right tenant. Heathers passion for property management has earned her the respect of landlords across the coast, many of whom have followed her career moves. Heather’s extensive knowledge of rent level, rent reviews and leasing arrangement have equipped her to react quickly to the constantly changing conditions in the property market. To extend her already considerable knowledge and experience, Heather regularly attends industry training sessions to keep up to date with changes in legislation and the Residential Tenancies Act. Heather is a property manager who really cares and takes care of the properties in her portfolio.
