Fenville was the owner of a ten unit/townhouse development at 63 Burns Road, Ourimbah, completed early 2005, when the development commenced construction I gave a sole agency to an agent close to the development, that agent produced no sales in the twelve months.
After these disappointing results I then employed the services of another two agents in the area, for another eight months which resulted in one sale.
Starr Partners East Gosford has sold my previous twelve unit development in Wells Street, East Gosford, I arranged a meeting with them, hoping they would accept a sole agency for the remaining nine unit/townhouses at Ourimbah even though it was a fair distance from their offices.
They accepted and sold the remaining nine units over a few months.
I highly recommend Starr Partners of East Gosford, their results, information feedback, courtesy and attention are excellent.

Thank you so much for selling my house. I say this because, in a time of general fear about erratic interest rates and the global economy, and the steep decline in the number of people buying property on the Central Coast, you have constantly maintained yourinfectious interest and enthusiasm. I know that without this, and your advise to both myself and the buyer of my property, my house would probaly still be on the market. And thanks also Kerry in the front desk and to all the other agents in the firm, who were very considerate about bringing viewers around the house at times apart from the open houses.
Before seeing Starr Partners sell my parents' house and also help my brother to purchase a unit, I had not had anything to do with real estate agents and did not know of the vast amount of work you all put in. But I feel that you area extra - specially good. The way you kept in touch with me, by phone or by calling in to see me, was very reassuring in a very worrying period, when the market was so flat, prices were propping drastically and interest rates were constantly rising.
Having now had dealings with many agents in Sydney before being able to purchase my new appartment, I know that some, especially some of the bright young men, do not take a personal interest in the properties they are handeling, and do not do their homework, as you so obviously do. The personal interest you take makes all the difference.
Thank you for your help, your dedicated work (often out-of-hours) your personal communication and your friendship during this past year. I really appreciate i, and have been telling all my family and friends that you have been the perfect agent - even if I could not always share our constant optimism! But it finally worked.
